Look back over all your past successes especially times when you have faced and overcome similar obstacles to the ones you face now.3 - Make Time For You
Set aside 15 to 20 minutes every day to either meditate or simply relax. It is a vital communication towards the brain that you are in control.

Stresses come from within, not from the outside world. Work out what is stressing you, write it down, prioritize and come up with an action plan.
5 - Repeat Words
Repeat simple and easy to remember sentences in your thoughts when going to bed. This slows down the brain keeping your attention off from any anxiety and setting forth for sleep.
6 - Meditate Quickly
Concentrate on one object for five minutes. You can do this quick and will decrease stress both in the short and long term.
